Marketing Excellence
Marketing Objectives: Provence Residence seeks to fulfil the home aspirations of HDB upgraders and young families, particularly in the Canberra estate as there has not been a new executive condominium launch in the area for the past 12 months. In addition, Provence Residence seeks to offer unique themed homes.
Primary Target Audience: The target audience of Provence Residence are HDB upgraders, families and young couples.
Marketing Strategy: Provence Residence is set in the Yishun-Sembawang area that is currently witnessing a wave of exciting new infrastructural and redevelopment plans. As such, uniquely-designed Provence Residence is conceived to form part of this new Yishun-Sembawang landscape. The increasingly sophisticated and aspirational local homebuyers today will likely take to a slice of French chic in Singapore’s northern heartland, especially with ongoing leisure travel restrictions.
Deployment of Marketing Technology: Digital marketing including online advertorials, web banners and electronic direct mailers were utilised to reach out to prospective homebuyers. In addition, marketing agents use virtual reality tours as well as live streaming to engage prospective homebuyers who do not wish to come down to the show gallery due to Covid-19 curbs or virus transmission concerns. Teleconferencing software Zoom and other electronic tools were also used in the balloting and booking of units. Electronic sales and legal documents were also adopted for various parties to electronically sign and endorse to avoid physical contact and meet-ups.
Promotions: Promotional campaigns involving print advertisements, online advertorials and web banners were carried out in first-tier media such as Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao as well as property portals such as EdgeProp and PropertyGuru. The appointed marketing agencies of Provence Residence also executed their own social media campaigns.
Value-added Services: Provence Residence, named after the southeastern region in France, draws inspiration from the timeless modern French style which focuses on combining effortless beauty and elegance. The landscape and facilities of Provence Residence have a French theme, with the core of the development being a French courtyard, and a countryside courtyard spreads along the development periphery. French design influences permeate the home units too, with interiors incorporating elegant glass details and symmetrical panelling.
Showflat Excellence
Space Utilisation: The 3D model of Provence Residence is placed near the entrance to greet visitors with its stunning architecture upon arrival. The entrance also leads to a large discussion area with walls showing the site plan, location map and other information for easy viewing. Next to the discussion area are the various show units where visitors and marketing agents can easily see if there are available slots for viewing.
Practicality: The show gallery is designed with an open layout with no walls and partitions in the centre so that the different areas can be seen in a glance for easy navigation and it also creates a spacious feel. The discussion area is furnished with many round tables with accompanying chairs for visitors and marketing agents to hold discussions in groups of maximum 5 people each separate from other groups.
Creativity: The discussion area of the show gallery is designed like a French garden lined with topiary. The colour scheme of the show gallery interiors also follows that of the development for consistent branding and also to evoke the look and feel of the unit interiors.
Overall Uniqueness: The 3D model of Provence Residence is placed near the entrance to greet visitors with its stunning architecture upon arrival. The entrance also leads to a large discussion area with walls showing the site plan, location map and other information for easy viewing.
